Painless anterior midline neck swelling.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Thin-walled, smooth, well-defined homogeneously fluid-density cyst with an anterior midline location at the level of hyoid bone.

Case Discussion

This is a characteristic CT image of thyroglossal duct cyst which is the most common midline neck mass in young patients.
