Age: 25 years
Gender: Male
mri

There is a midline cystic lesion embedded in the strap muscles. The lesion extends just above the thyroid isthmus and ascends in front of the thyroid cartilage to reach the undersurface of the hyoid bone. The lesion elicits an intermediate to high signal on T1-weighted images and high signal on T2-weighted images suggesting underlying proteinaceous contents, the lesion measures 4.5x3 x2 cm in its maximum dimensions.
