Presentation

Two weeks of midline neck swelling.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Midline swelling in the neck, superior to a normal thyroid gland.

Case Discussion

On examination this was noted to move on swallowing and tongue protrusion and histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of a thyroglossal duct cyst.
