Blunt trauma to neck with cricket ball. Patient complaining of persistent pain and hoarseness of voice.

Age: 28
Gender: Male

Left thyroid cartilage fracture with displacement of fracture fragments. Surrounding soft tissue stranding with slight mass effect may be causing hoarseness of voice. No hematoma present. Incidental finding of stylohyoid ligament calcification.
