Minimally displaced fracture of the left lamina of thyroid cartilage close to the superior thyroid notch.
Case Discussion
This patient had a blunt trauma to the neck. Endoscopy showed hematoma in the endolarynx. The suspicion of a thyroid cartilage fracture was confirmed in the CT.
