Homogeneous thyroid gland enlargement with diffusely decreased echogenicity 1.
Increased parenchymal flow on color Doppler study.
No focal thyroid lesion. No neck adenomegaly.
Lab values:
TSH less than 0.01 mIU/L.
T4 levels out of range of the upper limit.
Positive serum levels of antibodies to the TSH receptor.
