Bilateral lower limb shortening and deformity.

Patient Data

Age: 12 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Short legs due to tibial hemimelia, upward shift of fibula, and distal tibiofibular diastasis result in short tibia.

Equinovarus deformity affects both ankles and feet.
