Acute fracture of the left proximal tibial metadiaphysis with minimal posterior displacement. 

Case Discussion

Proximal tibial metadiaphysis fracture in a two year old. Fracture at this location is so typically associated with trampoline jumping that it has been actually been named the trampoline fracture.
