Transverse
Hypoechoic soft tissue thickening is noted around the tibialis posterior tendon. Local hypervascularity is noted. No tendon tear is noted.

Tibialis posterior tenosynovitis
X-ray
Soft tissue swelling is noted along the medial aspect of the ankle.
Local new bone formation is noted along the tibial cortex.
Case Discussion
Tibialis posterior tenosynovitis diagnosed 6 months back using MRI.
Pathology is still present.
Additionally, there is new bone formation from tibia due to chronic irritation. No osteomyelitis.
