- another normal variant of unilateral developmental deviation of T3 and T11 spinous processes
Case Discussion
The asymmetric position of the sternum results in unilateral asymmetry of the chest wall that may be mistaken for a chest wall mass. Sternal tilt may be associated with anterior subluxation of the sternoclavicular joint.
