Distal end of the appendix appears abnormally swollen and edematous measuring 15mm in diameter surrounded by peri-luminal fat stranding.
The hepatic attenuation value is less than of the spleen, suggesting fatty liver disease.
Several non-enhanced simple cortical cysts are seen at both kidneys, with maximum diameters of 102mm. There is also a 35mm parapelvic cyst at left kidney. Additionally, a 4mm stone is noted in lower calyx of left kidney.
The prostate gland is enlarged. Tiny hyperdense stones are seen in urinary bladder.
Degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the lumbar spine.
