Toddler fracture

On the frontal projection, there is an oblique fracture line extending towards the medial margin of the tibia distally. The physis does not appear to be involved.
Case Discussion
Toddler fractures are oblique fractures of the distal tibia that may be very subtle and the result of relatively minor trauma. A toddler fracture is not an injury that should make you think about inflicted injury - they are relatively common injuries in toddlers.
