Presentation

Sore throat. Lump in the neck.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
ct

Large infiltrating mass of the left palatine and base of the tongue tonsil invading the medial pterygoid muscle and the submandibular gland. Multiple, partly necrotic nodal metastases. Rounded soft tissue lesion in the left dorsal hypopharynx, adjacent to the aryepiglottic fold.
