Tonsillar lymphoma

- airway narrowing due to symmetrical tonsillar enlargement
- extensive lymphadenopathy
- normal epiglottis
- small nodes in the parotid glands
- unremarkable submandibular glands
- small thyroid gland
- no bony lesions

This patient was previously diagnosed with CLL in spleen and hilar lymph nodes and the tonsillar enlargement is thus thought to be secondary involvement by lymphoma.
