Incidental finding on CT angiogram.

Selected multiplanar images showing small calcifications into tonsillar crypts/within the tonsils. 

Case Discussion

Small foci of calcifications seen within the tonsils are diagnostic of tonsillolith. They usually are a fortuitous finding on CT-scan.
