There is a well-circumscribed midline cystic lesion (14x12 mm) of the posterior nasopharyngeal wall, deep to the nasopharyngeal mucosa, between the longus Colli muscles. It is of high signal intensity on T1WI, low signal intensity on T2WI with peripheral enhancement on postcontrast sequences.
Case Discussion
MRI features are consistent with a Tornwaldt cyst (incidental finding).
