History of a fall injury.

Patient Data

Age: 18 years
Gender: Male

x-ray

Buckling of the distal metaphysis of the radius is noted. The volar cortex is intact. No dislocation. The distance between the fracture and physis is > 1 cm. Cassette artifact is seen adjacent to the third metacarpal bone.
