Case Discussion
Torus palatinus is a benign, frequently bilobulated bony exostosis that arises from the midline of the hard palate, protruding into the oral cavity. It becomes evident in early adulthood and has a prevalence of 2-3%. They rarely cause any problem though may make fitting dentures difficult.
