Total anomalous pulmonary venous return (type IV)

There is combination of supracardiac and infracardiac anomalous pulmonary venous connections. Findings are compatible with type IV (mixed) total anomalous pulmonary venous return.

Case Discussion

This case is an example of type IV (mixed) total anomalous pulmonary venous return (TAPVR), which involves anomalous pulmonary venous connections at two or more levels. This pattern generally is associated with complex cardiac lesions.
