Case Discussion
Benign causes of an endobronchial mass include foreign bodies, especially in children.
Benign adult causes include foreign body, tracheal polyps, papillomas and mucous plugs.
Malignant causes are primary bronchogenic carcinoma and endobronchial metastases which are far less common.
