Known case of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

The CT images demonstrate a small aberrant bronchus arising directly from the right lateral wall of the trachea 1.8 cm from the level of the carina and supplying the apical segment of the upper lobe.

No lung metastasis was seen.
