History of prolonged intubation. Admitted in ICU due to non-accidental poisoning.

Age: 16 years
Gender: Male

Images show decreased transverse and sagittal diameters. Stenotic segment length is 1.5cm and 60% of the normal caliber.

Case Discussion

The tracheal narrowing is a complication of prolonged intubation. The case demonstrates narrowing of both diameters.
