Tracheal stenosis - postintubation

Presentation

Had RTA, admitted in ICU, intubated for 6 months then discharge with Montgomery tracheal tube, presented with dyspnea.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female

A tracheal stenosis 1.5 cm in length is noted in the mid-trachea, well visualized on the sagittal reconstruction.

Case Discussion

Tracheal stenosis is considered as a complication of prolonged endotracheal intubation.
