The tip of the NG tube is seen in the cervical esophagus.
Opacification of the esophagus is seen with evidence of a fistula between the proximal esophagus and trachea (H/N type).
There is a lucent band in the esophagus distal to the fistula causing more than 60 percent luminal narrowing and patency of the remaining part (? incomplete atretic point).
The distal esophagus is well opacified to the gastroesophageal junction.
Case Discussion
In the current case, a large H/N type tracheoesophageal fistula is seen with an incomplete atretic point of the esophagus.
