Tracheo-oesophageal fistula: H type

Consolidation and atelectasis bilaterally.

Modality: Fluoroscopy

Barium swallow demonstrates a large H-type tracheo-oesophageal fistula. Note how the fistula actually slants a little downwards from the trachea to the oesophagus, leading some authors to refer to this as an N-type fistula.
