A series of chest x-rays obtained of a number of days (timing not available) showing consolidation and atelectasis bilaterally shifting in location. NGT passes into the stomach and gastric air bubble present.

Tracheo-esophageal fistula - H type

Barium swallow demonstrates a large H-type tracheo-esophageal fistula. Note how the fistula actually slants a little downwards from the trachea to the esophagus, leading some authors to refer to this as an N-type fistula.
