Post-natal diagnosis of tracheo-esophageal fistula. A Replogle tube in situ.
Lungs are well expanded and clear. Normal cardiac contour. Gas in the left upper quadrant.
Case Discussion
The tube in the upper mediastinum is not an ET tube. It is a Replogle tube which is used in patients with tracheo-esophageal fistula to enable suction of the upper pouch.
