Age: 1 day
Gender: Female

There is a distended and gas-filled proximal oesophagus with a nasogastric tube looped within it. Gas is seen within the stomach. 

Case Discussion

Classic findings of oesophageal atresia (dilated proximal oesophagus; looped NGT) with tracheo-oesophageal fistula (gas within the stomach).
