Trans-scaphoid perilunate dislocation

Presentation

Trauma - Few hours back.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Fracture of scaphoid is noted through its waist. Lunate shows normal alignment with radius in lateral view. Capitate is dorsally dislocated relative to the lunate.
