Disrupted capitate-lunate articulation while there is maintained radial-capitate articulation. Fracture line in the scaphoid waist. Possible pisiform dislocation.
Dorsal dislocation of the 2nd and 3rd proximal interphalangeal joints.
Fracture of the radial styloid process.

Features are trans-scaphoid perilunate dislocation, in association with dislocation interphalangeal joints, pisiform dislocation and fracture radial styloid process.
