Presentation

Perianal discharge.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

A 42 mm thick-walled tract starts at the right perianal region and courses upwards by piercing both layers of the internal and external anal sphincters to open into the anal canal at 12 o’clock orientation.

No abscess formation.
