Cardiac history. Prior valve replacement. Chest pain.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Female

AP

Median sternotomy. Pacemaker.

Aortic valve implantation.

Lungs clear.

Case Discussion

This valve 'replacement' is more 'stent like' in appearance in keeping with a transcatheter aortic valve implantation.

A growing number of these are observed in plain radiograph.
