Moderate lateral patellar displacement with a large area of bone contusion of the medial aspect of the patella and lateral femoral condyle. Stretching with an intrinsic high signal of the medial patellar retinaculum. Moderate joint effusion (hemarthrosis). Prepatellar subcutaneous edematous infiltration is noted. No chondral or osteochondral injury is seen.
Normal appearance of both menisci, cruciate, and collateral ligaments.
