Transitional cell carcinoma - bladder

There are multiple enhancing polypoid soft tissue masses of variable size ranging from 10 to 30 mm arising from the bladder wall and protruding into the bladder lumen. No extravesical extension. Small pelvic lymph nodes, short-axis < 8 mm (upper limit of normal) are noted seen.
Case Discussion
Multiple enhancing soft-tissue masses projecting into the bladder lumen are most consistent with a transitional cell carcinoma. This was pathologically proven.
