Transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder

The CT scan demonstrates an enhancing polypoid soft tissue mass of the urinary bladder invading the left ureteral orifice with ipsilateral ureterohydronephrosis. No abdominal lymphadenopathy or distant metastasis.
Other findings:
- small hiatal hernia
- simple hepatic cyst of the segment 3
- prostatic hypertrophy
