Polypoidal mass involving the left lateral urinary bladder wall

Case Discussion

Polypoidal, enhancing filling defect arising from the left bladder wall is typical of transitional cell cancer. No obstruction to the left ureteric orifice nor invasion through the bladder wall. Incidental left femoral artery stent - note tobacco smoking predisposes to both atherosclerosis and TCC of the urinary tract.
