Diagnosis certain

Irregular mixed echogenicity lesion in the upper pole of the right kidney.

Enhancing lesion in the right renal pelvis, which is relative hypoenhancing compared with surrounding kidney.

Irregular, but relatively well-marginated enhancing lesion in the right upper collecting system, extending toward the renal pelvis. No hydronephrosis.
