Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen demonstrates a hypoattenuating infiltrative lesion involving the upper and inter polar parenchyma of the left kidney associated with perinephric stranding. The renal sinus fat is obliterated and there is thickening enhancement of the urothelium. Also note pathologically enlarged node at the left renal hilum. Incidentally there is a circumaortic left renal vein. There is a small metastatic lesion in the right lobe of the liver.
