Contrast enhanced CT scan demonstrates a mass within the right renal pelvis. The mass distends the renal pelvis (compare to the contralateral kidney) and shows relative high attenuation compared to the urine within the renal pelvis. Incidentally there is an abdominal aortic aneurysm.
