Presentation

Right flank pain.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Right hydroureteronephrosis. A soft tissue echogenicity endoluminal lesion is seen in the right ureter at the level of iliac vessels. The distal ureter is normal.

Soft tissue density lesion is seen in the right ureter at the level of iliac vessels. It is enhancing in the post-contrast scan. The distal ureter is normal while the proximal ureter is dilated.
