There is a small isocheoic polypoid lesion near the right ureteric orifice.
This lesion was resected on cystoscopy and shown to be urothelial cell carcinoma (UCC).
Case Discussion
There is a small isocheoic polypoid lesion near the right ureteric orifice.
Follow up cystoscopy was done by a urologist and the lesion completely resected and sent for histopathological correlation. It turned out to be urothelial cell carcinoma (UCC).
