Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Macroscopic haematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male

Soft tissue mass (mean density on non-enhanced CT = 25 UH) with foci of calcification filling the upper pole calyces with mild enhancement on the portal phase and filling defect on the excretory phase.

No abdominal lymphadenopathy or distant metastasis.

Small diverticulum of the urinary bladder.

Atherosclerotic changes of abdominal aorta with a left gastric artery arising directly from abdominal aorta and compressed by thickened median arcuate ligament.

Vertebral osteoporosis with compression-fracture of L2 and L3 vertebral bodies.
