Transitional cell carcinoma with renal vein and inferior vena cava tumour thrombus

Large right renal pelvis mass with contiguous filling defect of the right renal vein extending into the inferior vena cava. Multiple liver hypodensities. Note the very large collaterals around the uterus draining the pelvis via the left gonadal vein. Patient has a double-J stent in situ.
