Transposition of great arteries

Frontal chest radiograph demonstrates increased pulmonary vascularity. Cardiac silhouette is mildly enlarged.
The differential diagnosis keeping in mind the patient is cyanotic would include TGA, truncus arteriosus, TAPVR and single ventricle.
On echocardiography (not shown) d-TGA was confirmed with the aorta anterior to the pulmonary artery, o'clock and 5 o'clock respectively.
The patient underwent Jatene arterial switch procedure.
