Age: 70 years
Gender: Male

Enhancing mass with irregular outer margins involving the splenic flexure of the large bowel with fistula formation to adjacent stomach. The fistula track is fluid filled but there is no free gas to suggest perforation.

Invasion and fistula formation confers a T stage of T4 for this colonic adenocarcinoma.
