Trapeziometacarpal osteoarthritis

First carpometacarpal degenerative changes including joint space narrowing, subchondral sclerosis and marginal osteophytosis are noted.
Hook-like osteophytes of the heads of the metacarpals with relative sparing of the first metacarpal is seen.
Patchy osteopenia maybe secondary to disuse.
No fracture or dislocation identified.
