Previous subarachnoid hemorrhage.

The fourth ventricle is markedly enlarged with enlargement also present of the 3rd and lateral ventricles (incompletely imaged).

Trapped ventricle, also known as isolated ventricle, is a condition in which there is obstruction to the entry and exit path of CSF through the ventricle.
