Presentation
Stepped over while dancing at a night club. Had the leg stretched -out backwards when someone stepped on her accidentally. Presented with very painful ankle joint, expecially the posterior aspect. Unable to bear weight on it.

There is an almost complete tear of the Achilles tendon, with associated soft tissue edema.
