Traumatic aortic injury with pseudoaneurysm at the aortic isthmus and mediastinal haematoma. No active bleeding. 

Case Discussion

Acute traumatic aortic injury with pseudoaneurysm at the aortic isthmus and periaortic haematoma. 

Traumatic aortic injuries most commonly (90%) occur at the aortic isthmus.
