CT images show frontal lobe contusions - larger on the left - as well subdural hematomas extending through the parafalcine region.
There is also a right parietal extradural hematoma and extensive skull fractures (there is a mild depressed posterior skull fracture).

Subdural hematomas and cerebral contusions' reabsorption with remaining extradural hematoma and a hypoattenuating area on the left frontal lobe.
